no you dont.
I mean you just don't smoke your cigarette when you see people closeby are eating or when you see a pregnant lady next to your table. That is really out of human-decency, at least to me and i am(very!) suggesting you to think the same.
We are so used to the idea that it is okay to smoke openly, and should we/other people choose to seat and eat in an open air area, we have no rights to stop these people from smoking. Technically, yes but also no because we need to learn the very basic human decency of not just on why and how smoking can harm (more concern on people around you) health wise, but when you have elderly folks, kids, pregnant lady, it is very natural to butt your ciggies down because of the risks associated and the least we want is to expose these people the harm that your smoke might cause.
Our society needs to learn the dos and donts and this is really hard to implement because no book can teach you that and no grade shall be the mark to your behaviour. This awareness comes with education and development hand in hand to nurture not just IQ but also EQ to equip us with empathy and basic decency living as society.
