anger, frustration, gay, anxiety, and etc are some of the emotions we get from events happening in our lives. Fair enough, these emotions are just too fluid to control but i can assure you that with time, realisation, and practice these emotions can be managed.
If things dont go your way, Its easy to snap out at people. But the immediate response is always the response that you give with less consideration of many other aspects. So just dont act or react immediately (and regret soon enough just when you know it).
Today is a good lesson of what I have been reading these days. Listen while people talk and understand when they talk. Often enough, people talk with no intention of listening or understanding- and thats me most of the times. I just love talking, I lack of the comprehension of listening and understanding what people trying to communicate. Today i decided to listen to someone else's talk, take the time to digest, and i actually find that it works! Works for me to pause, not relentlessly blurting words out of my emotions, and I actually figured the best solution to manage and cope with the stress/tasks.
Again, we might not always know the stories behind every actions. That think, listen, pause are crucial for us to reason in the best possible way. In the end of the day- the end goal is to get things done. And i managed to tick that off the list, managed to keep the healthy relationship with my encounter, and also understand the ways for me to better handle this sort of problems in the future :)
