never take both your physical and mental health for granted because for real, nothing much can be done your way if these precious
two are not permitting. Most of the times I consider myself as healthy grown up without taking care much of my daily food intake
or what I do to be considered as healthy activities. Well, really up till today, I couldnt care less until I realize my body is
signalling that I might be having high blood pressure, and higher than what is proper for my age.
Last week I thought that was just for one time check up and I must be really stressed out with work, which I know I did. But now I can see how this is lasting longer than I expected. And sure, I freakkkkk-out! As in today, 30 minutes ago, I started googling on high blood pressure and ahah-not that surprising- I really need to change my lifestyle. It could have been pressure at work but
it could also be the way IM managing my stress and my daily diet just dont go in line with one another.
so this loving-self of mine is trying to commit on this 10 minutes exercise per day,less caffeine, less sugar, less salt, less MSG, less-care, and shed off kilograms from my body from now on!
it makes all the senses in the world. to love is to love thy self and there's no better way than ensuring you live healthier
